Eagles Goalie Camp May 15th and 16th and August 13th , 14th and 15th 2010 Scott Gouthro, professional goaltender coach with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, will be offering a five day goalie camp in Cape Breton in 2010. The camp will be divided into two segments, two days in May in Sydney Mines and three days in August at Center 200. This format will allow all goalies who attend to work on goalie specific skills and drill, both on and off the ice, for two days in May, have a customized plan to work on over the summer and return for three days in August to prepare for the upcoming season. There will be 15 hours of on ice instruction, 7 hours of off ice conditioning sessions and 3 hours of classroom instruction. Video analysis will also be a key component of this year’s camp. Registration is limited to 24 goalies so sign up early. I have attached the camp registration form for you to complete and mail along with your “non-refundable” $100.00 deposit if you want to secure a spot in the camp.
